Supinder Kaur

Supinder Kaur has been with SAF International since 2022 and currently serves as the Donor Services Lead. In this role, she oversees donor support operations and helps ensure the smooth functioning of the child sponsorship program across Canada and India. Supinder manages donor escalations, reviews and approves complex cases, supports termination decisions, and acts as a key liaison between the Canada office and the India Education team. She also leads efforts to strengthen donor communication by developing messaging standards and improving internal processes. Working remotely from Toronto, Supinder brings continuity, accountability, and a deep understanding of SAF’s programs, helping build trust with donors and teams alike.
